I didn't follow Amy's instructions to sniff my oil every night since I felt nervous to do so. Instead I used my oil when I felt I need it.
After the first therapy, I noted that my emotion is improved a lot. I have PMS for long history. During that time my temper is short, cry severely for some minor issues and angry with others easily. But this month I just felt claim. No particular feelings came out even under great working pressure and my love one traveled away from me.
Now I use my oil to stabilise myself once the negative emotions try to invade and cloud my thought. The outcomes are remarkable and I anticipate my next section.
