Listen to your body is the most important thing
Consider good fat like coconut oil, avocado may make you so full that you won't crave carb that much.

Amy, I broke the fast last night because I had 2.5 glasses of white wine, but I didn't touch all the carbs and potatoes and no dessert.
Monsterfish, Read my reply to peps's post on 20/09/22.
This is not a strict fast but an invitation to be more aware of what we are eating and to lessen the intake of carbs (simple sugar like processed food and white sugar), to eat more whole food instead.
Amy, seems like everyone still ate some rice, from their photos..
Some does, some don't.
Well, this is good experience for me, cos I have always been too strict, until I got sick of it. Go easy on self has always been a challenge.
Yes, you need to thank yourself for joining this Autumnal equinox fast. The experience enables you to have a bird's eye view of yourself. It's like your Infinite Self is showing your tips on loving yourself more.

Conclusion - 19/10/22:
I am grateful to have completed this process. I did not eat any processed carbs 99% of the time, and ate more than usual, vegetables and fruits.
It was challenging at times and I asked myself “why do I have to suffer these limitations on my body?” I realised it was my cravings / stress speaking and the foods I craved to eat are not necessarily profitable for my body.
Thank you Amy for introducing me to this autumnal fast, it was a great experience.
I learned that we do not have to be hard on ourselves, and that we can be conscious on what we put in our bodies. I take a longer pause now , before food selection, to consider what is beneficial for my health, thank you!
