Dear Amy, Dear Maggie..

我上課希望改善的部位主要的後頸和兩邊肩膀肌肉(越近頸越甚)。
後頸及兩肩的肌肉非常緊張,用手摸非常硬,
用手按兩後肩近頸位置有微酸感覺;
開完OT、長時間背背囊或累的時候,有"拿著"和赤痛的感覺,時會影響晚上睡不好。
右肩的肌肉比右肩大少許,平常有縮頸和少少寒背的現象。

畀心機每天練習頸項伸引,把感受和提問貼到樓下,讓我跟進。
持之以恆,您會慢慢與身體重修舊好,咁就唔再需要"拿著拿著"做人啦。 :wink:

19-21/9/08

晚上未做前兩肩很累,可能當天返工或忙,
做時動作不熟,左右肩時常隨着動作一齊郁,不受控制,
做完覺得兩肩無咁"拿",
兩肩都係累, 不過累的感覺移少少過去膊頭個邊.

之後早上, 頸肩沒有那麼累,
見自己晚上郁得咁勵害, 做前同自己講, 膊頭同身要定,
又有少少進步,郁少左,不過動作仍然生硬,

醒目,懂得叫身體幫忙。有進步。

為了要把頭放在正確位置,我沒有"fing'的感覺,
似機械人頭"v"字咁點頭多D.動作是否正確.
做前同後感覺差不多.

轉頭時,用心感受水撥的感覺。

奇怪的是為什麼我沒有像上堂時一樣流汗?

緊張過頭囉。:shock:
做練習時,擺好架式,回想一下上堂時的情況和當時身體的感覺,然後才開始做。三天後再把報告貼帖。

練習多了, 膊頭同肩已經定好多,
集中精神感受筷子在頸肩撥動,
撥到打橫時,肩兩邊感覺比較強,
有酸軟和累,中間地方暫未有特別感覺,

我現在對累的感覺比以前清晰,
以前只知道大約肩頸一帶累,
現在做伸引時知道那裡拿住得比較利害。

由對自己嘅身體唔揪唔采,到感覺到唔同部分嘅存在,係一個好大嘅進步。好叻。

做時頸有各各聲,正常嗎?

機器無啟動咁耐,您話有各各聲係咪正常吖?

另外分享一下, 好。
這段期間, 我嘗試在電腦set了嚮鬧, 每2個鐘一次,
提醒自己去轉下頸, 飲水, 去洗手間,
有時忙無時間去洗手間都好,
休息幾秒鐘只係轉下條頸再做,
我發現放工時會無以前咁累,都幾有效。
就這樣我比以前更留意自己頸肩的狀態。

您諗下:
有個您又好惜佢佢又好惜您嘅人,每兩個鐘頭kiss您一下、幫您按下摩、餵您飲下水、陪您去便便…
係咪愈諗愈窩心呢?

伸引二

做了7個月伸引二, 睡眠質素妤了, 覺得個人放鬆了, 足踝痛消失了

Ankle roll:

My feet are really less swollen!!
I can see my ankle bones better~
my toes are placed on the ground better, even though after a day's walk, it will be red and puffy but the rolling have really helped the blood circulate.
I can feel the blood running really fast after each time I do this.

See? Just think what you would have looked now if you had had followed the instruction to the T right from last year. 8)
Learn the lesson and keep up the good work you have done so far. Don't waste them.

Rolling 1 set = x18
Starting slowly, and try to remain slow.. my shoulders still gradually move up... ><
my chin not touching my chest closely.. my neck is too puffed! my double chin is in the way!! raaaaarrrgh!! frustration!
i wanna do this better!
I dunno is it like this but i wanna say: the more i think this way, the more puffy my body seems! especially the upper body!!

If your thought of “my neck is too puffed! my double chin is in the way!! raaaaarrrgh!! frustration!” -> “the more i think this way, the more puffy my body seems! especially the upper body!!”, why keep thinking this way?

But the hump on the back of my neck is getting flatter and stand a little straighter after each set.
Keep this image in mind every time you do the exercise and promise yourself to do better. :wink:

Hi Amy... Hi Betty..

For my ankle:
It is really better to do it slowly, every time near the end of rolling for each leg, the whole leg feels numb with blood vigorously circulating. Then when I let down my leg, it has loosened a lot. It feels light.
For plump ladies like us, a big big burden of our weight is placed on the ankles.
This sanjan exercise is a superb way to soothe our loving ankles.


My neck:
Rolling 1 set = x18
Still going slowly, still shoulders moving up. Back is still puffed. Stretch on side of neck feels nice but I still dunno if my chin is close enough to my chest or not.
I try to imagine the chopstick behind my neck, swaying from side to side but still the stretch on side of neck feels stronger.
The sore on the left of my neck is gone now!! :)
Good girl. Keep this up.

Hi Amy~ Hi Betty..

I am really looking forward to the relaxed, light, loosened, bone-obvious ankles while each time I do the rolling!!
當您有齊伸引三要:呼吸、架式和意念時,您就會進入您所說的這個狀態。

However, I find my mind and eyes drift off somewhere else while I roll slowly, its quite hypnotizing too...
I have found myself a few times reminding myself to look at my feet etc.
提醒自己眼睛觀足踝應在伸引前做.
若練習中出現您上述的情況,就要用心感受和記下身體和情緒的反應。

Amy~

With my stiffened shoulders, I totally fell in love with this sanjan again! the stretches were more obvious and soothing, loved it! even tho it didn't help me loosen up all in one go but it felt good.

prb: not standing at the straightest when rolling tho.. but i know it's due to the stiffness of my shoulders, will be better soon.
